:: 職 責 要 求 ::
1. Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting and resolving equipment hardware/software issues.
2. Ability to clearly document process results, procedures and methods.
3. Requires independent planning and discipline to ensure the timely completion of long-term projects
4. Key liaison between factory needs and customer demands
5. Longer-term responsibilities will include supporting plasma/thermal products
6. Oversea supporting is required
:: 任 職 資 格 ::
1. College degree or B.S. degree in Engineering, preferred with Thermal experience
2. 3+ year of experience in semiconductor industry with focus on Thermal process development
3. Strong understanding of Thermal processing
4. Hands-on experience with development, qualification, sustaining engineering and troubleshooting of Thermal equipment and processes
5. Etch experience is also desired but not necessary
6. Effective technical written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are required
7. Able to work independently and conduct experiments to verify hypothesis
8. Be flexible on working hours
